So, if asked a question about which benzene molecule is most stable and you are provided with the resonance structures (multiple choice all pertaining to resonance forms of the same molecule) the one that is most stable will be the structure that maintains the aromaticity of the benzene ring?

In a similar situation, if asked about which resonance form is most stable, and you were provided with resonance forms of the same molecule if one produces an aromatic compound and the other structures do not, this will be the most stable structure?

Thank you for all of your wonderful resources! I purchased the Reagent Guide and Semester 2 summary notes! I have been using them to study for my Dental Admissions Test! They’re helping so much! I have a few suggestions I’d like to make and I plan to once I’ve taken my test!
